FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions equipment companies most often ask about partnering with us to sell their instruments.
What exactly does LabReseller do?
We’re an outsourced sales team for laboratory-equipment companies. We don’t own, stock or resell equipment ourselves — we sell yours, representing your instruments to qualified buyers worldwide with technical knowledge and global buyer outreach.
Who do you work with?
Companies that already sell scientific and biotech equipment: dealers, refurbishers, manufacturers, distributors, asset-management and liquidation firms, and equipment owners with slow-moving inventory who want to sell more without building a specialist sales team in-house.
What kind of equipment can you sell?
Our team has hands-on command of the major categories — flow cytometry, chromatography, mass spectrometry, PCR and molecular biology, spectroscopy, microscopy, laboratory automation, centrifuges, cold storage, cell analysis and general lab equipment. We adapt quickly to adjacent product lines too.
Who are the buyers you reach?
On your behalf we reach universities, research institutions, CROs, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, diagnostic labs, government facilities and international distributors — across many regions and countries.
How is this different from hiring our own salespeople?
You get a specialist scientific-equipment salesforce without hiring, onboarding or ramp-up. You convert the fixed cost of a standing sales team into a flexible, results-driven engagement, and you reach new markets far faster.
How does an engagement start?
Book a sales consultation. Tell us about your inventory and the markets you want to reach, and we’ll recommend a sales approach for your equipment — then start representing and selling it to qualified buyers.
Do you have technical knowledge of the instruments?
Yes. Our specialists understand the science and the specifications, so we can position equipment, answer expert questions and hold technical conversations — the kind of selling that moves demanding buyers to a decision.
How do you report on results?
You get clear, regular reporting on outreach, pipeline, activity and closed deals — so you always know exactly where your sales stand and how your equipment is performing in each market.
Can you help us enter new international markets?
Yes. Market expansion is a core service. We plan and run outreach into new geographies and buyer segments, giving you revenue from markets you couldn’t previously access.
